FAQs For Vendors

How can I be a vendor?

Vendor applications are accepted online. Fill out an inquiry form on our participate page. Please note we are FULL on Food Truck/Trailer positions and are only accepting vendors who can set up in a 10x10 or 10x20 booth space.

What is the jury process?

The jury selects vendors based on their products and look for high quality, handmade, unique items. We also check to make sure we do not have too many vendors with similar goods. The competition for booths is steep, so don’t sell yourself short on your application! While we’d love for everyone to participate, we are limited by space and want to ensure a high quality, unique event.

How many people attend your festivals?

We anticipate between 3,500 - 4,000 attendees for our 3rd annual Nashville Food Faire event, which is roughly the same volume we see at a singular day of our Crafty Bastards Arts & Craft Fairs, hosted at the same venue.

We promote the event via our parent company, The Nashville Scene and our over half a million combined social media followers, 100k+ email subscribers and our thousands of weekly print readers. We also promote the festival via local radio, tv and other media outlets and social media influencer partnerships.

We also share the love on our growing Nashville Food Faire audience on social media pages! Make sure to subscribe to our Nashville Food Faire email list below, and follow us on Instagram!

Can I share a booth with another vendor?

Sure, but we ask that you provide contact info and submit images of anyone’s products who would be selling at the fair, so they can go through the jury process and receive all fair-related communications and materials. Shared booths will have an additional $100 fee applied to their registration.
